Function & Capabilities
This system operates in combination with an electric or battery-powered hoist and is fixed to the building. This creates a crane-free lifting point that can move elements vertically or horizontally, depending on the configuration (mono- or dual-rail). In some setups, such as the ELMS 600, dual hoists enable simultaneous lifting and leveling.

Use cases include:

• When tower crane access is not possible or permitted
• Lifting façade elements without a crane
• Moving loads up to 4 tons towards the façade
• Accurate positioning where crane angles are restricted
• Projects requiring custom or fixed façade-mounted solutions

This rail system is ideal for inner-city construction or sites with limited lifting access. Thanks to the dual-rail configuration, elements can even be moved horizontally towards the building, enabling safer and more precise placement.

Accessories:
Depending on the application, the system is fitted with an electric or battery-powered hoist. For heavier tasks like with the ELMS 4000, a dual-rail system provides load guidance and horizontal movement to the façade. For lighter tasks, the monorail ELMS 600 is used – its dual hoists allow precise leveling during lifting. Accessories are configured based on load, lifting direction, and building type.
