Elements levelled at the push of a button
The radio‑controlled adjustable modular lifting beam consists of a module that levels the lifting beam and the element by moving the lifting point connected to the crane hook. Below this module, there is a standard lifting beam that can be extended from 5 to 8 metres and on which multiple movable lifting sleeves can be positioned for maximum flexibility.
With the radio‑controlled module, the lifting point of the lifting beam is moved relative to the crane hook, allowing the lifting beam and the element to be leveled quickly and accurately. The lifting beam is equipped with multiple lifting points that can easily be repositioned on the construction site, enabling flexible adjustment to different elements and lifting situations.
Because this radio‑controlled modular lifting beam is only 210 mm wide at its widest point and can be extended to match the width of the element, the lifting device often remains within the dimensions of the load. This makes the lifting beam particularly suitable for placing facades directly alongside a building, with minimal risk of damage to both the building and the equipment.
The lifting beam can also be placed directly into a counterbalance beam. This keeps the crane hook and lifting slings further away from the building, allowing even elements under an overhang to be placed safely and in a controlled manner.
Where leveling with a manual chain hoist takes more time and requires personnel to be in the danger zone, the radio‑controlled module performs this in just a few seconds. This increases safety, makes adjustments during load placement easier, and significantly reduces crane time and labour hours.
The battery capacity is more than sufficient for long, intensive working days without intermediate charging. Charging at the end of the working day is sufficient.
