Elements levelled at the push of a button

The two lifting points of the lifting beam are connected by a cable system, allowing them to move symmetrically and to automatically position themselves above the lifting points of the load during lifting. Elements with an offset center of gravity naturally hang tilted in the crane hook. With the RC Lifting Beam, these elements can be leveled within seconds by radio‑controlled movement of the lifting point on the lifting beam that is connected to the crane hook.

This allows every element to be picked up without having to check the alignment of the lifting points, and leveled within seconds with a single button instead of using a manual chain hoist. The element can even be tilted temporarily during placement when required. This reduces crane time and labour hours, while increasing safety because no one needs to work in the danger zone during the alignment of the lifting points and the leveling of the load.

The RC Lifting Beam can be used for various applications, including:

placement of facades

placement of interior walls

lifting at non‑standard lifting points, or without lifting points on the element in combination with lifting yokes

even distribution of the load across four lifting points

This makes the lifting beam ideal and widely applicable in prefab construction, where facades and interior walls with an offset center of gravity must be placed.

The battery capacity is more than sufficient for long, intensive working days without intermediate charging. Charging at the end of the working day is sufficient.
