Prefab folding roofs are widely used in residential construction and are transported to the construction site in a folded position. Opening and placing the roofs is still often carried out with older tools such as a spreader beam, which can lead to uncontrolled movements and increased risks of damage and unsafe situations.
The RC Folding Roof Lifting Beam has been developed to fully control this process. With radio‑controlled adjustable cables, the folding roof can be opened in a controlled manner and placed accurately without unwanted movements.

Operation
The lifting beam is securely attached to the top side of the folding roof near the ridge to ensure safe lifting. After lifting, the two controllable cables are attached to the underside and radio‑controlled. This allows the roof to be opened in a controlled manner using a remote control, and during placement, the load can be balanced and aligned accurately.

The battery capacity is more than sufficient for long, intensive working days without intermediate charging. Charging at the end of the working day is generally sufficient.
