For levelling a load beneath a lifting beam, Bomecon offers various radio‑controlled lifting beams. With these lifting beams, a load of up to 25 tonnes can be levelled from a safe distance at the push of a button, within seconds. This solution makes levelling elements faster and safer.
With self‑adjusting lifting points, the lifting points are mechanically linked and therefore always remain symmetrical, ensuring that the load hangs centrally beneath the lifting beam. Due to gravity, the lifting points automatically move above the lifting points of the load. Remote levelling of elements is achieved by moving the lifting beam relative to the crane hook.
With the modular radio‑controlled lifting beam, it can be coupled to any standard Bomecon lifting beam with the correct beam size. Multiple lifting sleeves can be manually positioned and repositioned on this beam. It is also possible to use a telescopic lifting beam for maximum flexibility.
The folding roof lifting beam can open folding roofs by radio control. The lifting beam is attached to the top side of the folding roof while the roof is still on the trailer, on the ridge side. The folding roof is then lifted into the air, after which the two controllable cables are attached to the underside of the suspended roof.
These cables can be adjusted remotely, allowing the roof to be opened in a controlled manner at the push of a button. During placement, the roof can still be fine‑adjusted while suspended in the crane hook, ensuring it is positioned correctly in a single operation.
Safety – By using a radio‑controlled lifting beam, no personnel need to enter the danger zone to level the element.
Physical relief – Adjusting manual chain hoists is a physically intensive and demanding task. With this solution, this is completely eliminated.
Damage prevention – The load is positioned in a controlled manner and with high precision, minimizing the risk of damage to the load, the structure, the equipment, and even personnel.
Efficiency – Aligning loads with manual chain hoists usually requires many crane hours and man‑hours. By using radio‑controlled movable load points, this time‑consuming process is avoided, saving both crane time and labour.
Flexibility – The load points on the lifting beam are designed to be positioned quickly and easily. This ensures fast, stable attachment and good load distribution.
