Both loaded and unloaded level
The IB 6 can achieve an insertion depth of 5.5 meters while maintaining a relatively low self-weight. By adjusting the counterweight carriage of the IB remotely via radio control, the IB remains horizontal both loaded and unloaded. In combination with an Orientator, loads can be placed with precision and control even at great heights.
The counterweight can easily be adjusted by adding or removing ballast plates, allowing the IB 6 to be configured for any task with the lowest possible self-weight. This makes the unit particularly suitable for a wide variety of lifting projects.
Solutions for Lifting Challenges:
- Positioning façades and prefab elements with precision, even at great height
- Hoisting heavy materials such as concrete and glass with control and stability
- Orienting and horizontally placing loads in confined or complex conditions
- Lifting without lifting points, or in situations where traditional lifting tools fall short, using various accessories
- Installing building elements and placing construction materials at height safely and efficiently
- Increasing crane capacity by extending its effective reach
For every specific lifting challenge, the IB 6 can be adapted with accessories such as:
- Swivel hooks for flexible lifting
- Frame forks for hoisting window frames
- Vacuum lifters for delicate materials such as glass
The IB 6 is the ideal solution for lifting challenges in residential construction, prefab housing, and large-scale construction projects where flexibility and precision are essential.
In the load table, available via the “DOWNLOAD PDF” button, you will find the different ballast configurations with their corresponding insertion depths.
