Delays in planning can always occur between the time of ordering and delivery due to factors such as weather conditions or delayed delivery of components. Contact us directly so we can work together to check if the product is available during the desired period and adjust the rental period accordingly (maximum of 14 days).

If the order includes custom work, these costs will still be invoiced.

What does the I-Boom indicate regarding the battery? Have you connected it to the charger overnight? Often, the issue lies in charging the I-Boom. You can use the I-Boom during the day and charge it overnight to ensure it continues to operate optimally.

If the I-Boom still won’t turn on despite being properly charged and showing a green light on the machine, check if the remote control is functioning. The remote also has a battery that needs to be charged overnight.

The load chart provides an exact indication of the load capacity of the Combi-steker in relation to the insertion depth. These factors are directly connected, making this information crucial. For example, a Combi-steker 2500 can handle 2500 kilograms at 1 meter insertion depth with full ballast, but any changes to these parameters will affect the load capacity. The longer the arm, the less weight the steker can support.

For projects with significant lifting challenges, we are eager to collaborate early in the process to help devise the most efficient and intelligent solutions. Initially, we assess the possibilities within existing solutions, which can be supplemented with custom adjustments if needed.

If a fully customized solution is required, we will create a proposal and discuss it with you to arrive at the best and safest solution.

To provide you with the best solution, we need the following information: the lifting situation (sketches or drawings), the load, the center of gravity, and the insertion depth.

This allows us to determine the most suitable solution for your situation. We can also schedule an on-site appointment to review all the details and assess the situation in person.

As soon as an product is delivered, it is inspected, and you will receive the certificate for that product. The product is certified for one year. If the rental period exceeds one year, the product must be re-inspected. For purchased products, a maintenance and inspection agreement can be arranged at the time of purchase to ensure everything is taken care of immediately.

If an incident has occurred involving the rental product, it must also be re-inspected to guarantee safety. Call us as soon as you require an inspection.
